Myron Waldman was born on 23 April 1908 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. Frank D'Annolfo was a jazz trombonist who was active primarily during the Swing Era of the 1930s and 1940s. He remains best known for his time with the Glenn Miller civilian orchestra (1939-1942). Prior to his time with Miller he recorded with orchestras led by Tommy Dorsey and Bunny Berigan, and later worked with Charlie Spivak and Billy May. He can be seen, uncredited, in both of Miller's films: Sun Valley Serenade (1941) and Orchestra Wives (1942).- Director
